Exchange Legal Services started its operation in late 2022. The firm was founded by Mr. Ben Veerapen, a qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and co-partner Hrushi Punjani.

Hrushi Punjani is the Director of Exchange Legal Services, responsible for the overall strategy of the company.
Ben Veerapen
Managing Partner
Ben Veerapen is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales. He has successfully graduated with a BSc Honours in French and Law at the University of Surrey and Jean Moulin III University in Lyon, France.

Ishrat Khan is a highly skilled legal professional with over a decade of international in-house experience in banking and regulatory compliance.

Jiyaad Hassennally was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2023. He graduated with a First Class Honours in Law and International Relations, and has a background in Computer Science.
