Exchange Legal Services (‘ELS’) are looking for a Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to the team. The role of Legal Secretary at ELS involves a range of responsibilities including administrative duties, document preparation, case management, and other tasks as needed. The Legal Secretary will be assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the legal firm, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient organisation of legal documents and processes.Â
 The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a solid understanding of legal procedures and terminology. Additionally, familiarity with billing and accounting processes is desirable.Â
 In addition tasks may vary based on the evolving needs of the legal office, changes in workload, or new initiatives undertaken by the firm. The Legal Secretary should be flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges as they arise.Â
The position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. The role is based in Borehamwood and requires attendance at the office five days a week.Â
